I loved this book. I read it with KU and immediately upon finishing bought it so I can read again in the future at my leisure, and I don't do that very often. I thought Logan and Emmaline were an amazing couple. He was the near perfect guy, and she was his equal in every way even though she was his submissive. They brought out the best in each other. The story was sexy, steamy, romantic, and dramatic. There was just the right amount of drama and angst. I also loved that even though they were from two different worlds it wasn't dwelled on like it is in so many other billionaire love stories. He saw a true kindred spirit in her. The story was well thought out and well executed. I have no complaints. This is one of the best books I've read in this genre.Product details

I honestly can't see the benefit of repeating the blurb/synopsis or, even worse - giving away the plot, while writing a review. (I think that'll be the preamble to my every review from now on.)
"Punished" is a very well written story about two people who, though for different reasons, lost their ability to trust others. The tale is told at a steady pace, flawlessly alternating between protagonists, unraveling details and secrets of their past and present. Both major characters are deeply developed, both are believable and compelling. I enjoyed reading this book. Yes, this story ends at about 50% mark and this book includes another story as a bonus. But the author made it clear in the blurb, so I have no complaints. I liked "Punished" enough to give it 4 stars.
Logan Steel almost loses his company he was betrayed. He had to leave behind his life style in order to fix his company’s reputation, he is finding it very hard to do, so he returns back to Club Crave seeking a submissive.Emmaline has been expecting a large inheritance so that she could get out of debt, she had started her own business and acquired a large debt but her father took the inheritance ,she is now left with little hope of paying it off. Emmaline’s friend Scarlett assists her in getting a job at Club Crave to pay off her debts the pay is really good but she will need to open herself up to the B.D.S.M world.
A masked Logan sees Emmaline at Club Crave and is immediately taken with her, as they had already met previously Logan hides his identity from Emmaline he wants to get to know this woman. He is willing to take a chance with her but he could be betrayed once again.What happens?

I absolutely loved this story from the very first sentence to the very last! It was just amazing!! Emmaline runs her own Esty business selling baby clothes and Logan Steel is a self made billionaire who runs his own company.
What I love about both of them is that at the core they are so similar. They both started companies from bottom floor with no help from others, even if offered because it wouldn't have meant the same thing to make it if someone else helped get you to the top. They are both struggling with trust issues because they were hurt by those closest to them both families and friends.
The storyline itself is amazing and is offered in so many other reviews that I won't bother here. But this is one I would not pass up. I had this on my Unlimited and read it but it was so very good that I choose to buy it afterwards which I NEVER do...Yes it was that good!! So one click this book you won't be disappointed!!
This book barely had a story-line, little to no character development or growth and seemed to skip around as if the development of the characters relationship happened off screen and the reader should be fine with it. It was a wasted effort and I did not appreciate that another book was included - so the actual book I purchased was shorter than expected. All the positive reviews confuse me because it's like we read completely different books.
Wow, where do I even begin? I've been reading a lot of books that are geared towards BDSM, and I mean a lot, but none of them have ever made me feel the way this one has. This shows the world in a whole new light for me. Most of the books I've read are more similar to 50 Shades, and while I know a lot of people like that book I didnt. It made D/s seem closer to abuse. Even some of the book that I know have been written by authors in the scene made it feel that way for me. This book was completely different. This story is about trust. Complete and absolute trust. This is what I have envisioned the true D/s lifestyle is about. Strong people who, for one reason or another, have a hard time trusting anyone, being able to completely let go. This book made me feel so many different emotions, but mostly it felt real and honest. This has become my new standard for any BDSM book I read in the future. Everything I thought about what made a good kink book has been switched on its head. If a story can't come even close to invoking the kind of emotion this one has I don't even want to read it. I've been torn apart and my pieces have been put back together in a completely different pattern.
